Our extensive range

The options for springs are almost endless with tension, torsion and flat springs on offer. National Industries is also a specialist compression spring manufacturer. If you need something special, talk to us about a bespoke wire form shaped using our state-of-the-art equipment, with finishes from zinc plating to powder coating. Need only a small run? No problem! How about a long production run? We can do that too!

Most importantly, we have the expertise on hand to ensure what you end up with, is exactly what you need. With a deep understanding of the intricacies of all aspects of wire forming and spring manufacture, we can provide guidance on everything from materials to end styling.

Compression Springs

Offering wire sizes that start from 0.15mm, up to heavy bar sizes, you can select from a vast array of raw materials, already stocked at our plant or able to be ordered in quickly, and we'll complete your job with our cutting-edge automatic grinding facilities.

Torsion Springs

Torsion Springs

With a wide variety of applications and both clockwise and anti-clockwise rotation, we have manufactured torsion springs for garage doors, the automotive and medical industries, aerospace and electronics. And what have we learned? Your springs need to be spot on! Our torsion spring experts manufacture products to the exact length, diameter and pitch required, using an assortment of different wires.

Tension Springs

Tension Springs

In any business, the only place you want tension, is in your springs! Like compression springs, we manufacture using production wire starting as low as 0.15mm, and draw from our vast materials collection, to deliver basic hook, loop type, swivel and extended end styling. Have something else in mind? Ask us, we can do it!

Flat Springs

Flat Springs

Most often made from steel, aluminium or other alloys, we can also manufacture your flat springs in a range of other materials, stocked onsite. Including toolclips and other spring-loaded flat designs, determine your design, materials, thickness and width, or let us help you with those spcs, and we'll get started.

Your specs

We have high standards

We don't believe in delivering anything that isn't genuine quality — that means the best materials, the best finishes, and the best practices, to ensure everything we produce exceeds expectations.

Each of our projects is carefully briefed, planned and executed using modern and often automated machinery that guarantees precision results.

High Standards

Before our clients ever see their completed project, it is reviewed as part of our quality assurance process to ensure all specifications have been met. If it doesn't tick every single box, it's back to the drawing board.

Each project is visually and mechanically inspected at several stages of production, with Kanban scheduling keeping them on track, and even the most complex of requirements met every time.

At National Industries, we are expert wire form and spring manufacturers, and you can expect excellence.
